TERMS OF SERVICE · 28 AUGUST 2026

The private agreement.

These terms govern requests and purchases from Maison Orivelle, operated by Camaran Group OÜ.

1. Parties and eligibility

The trader is Camaran Group OÜ, registry code 17403952, Estonia. Customers must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate contact, delivery and compliance information.

2. Service model

Maison Orivelle sources pre-owned luxury goods through independent suppliers and marketplaces. Product availability may change before the final offer. Third-party trademarks identify products only; Maison Orivelle is not sponsored by those brands or by a named source marketplace unless expressly stated.

3. Dossiers and offers

A request creates no obligation to buy. Source information and Maison Orivelle inspection findings are identified separately. A final offer is valid for its stated period. Obvious errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or loss of source availability may require cancellation before acceptance.

4. Price and contract formation

The final offer states the product price, Maison Orivelle service charge, known delivery costs and whether duties or taxes are included. The purchase contract forms only after Camaran Group OÜ accepts payment and confirms the order. We may perform proportionate compliance checks for high-value transactions.

5. Pre-owned condition

Pre-owned goods may show wear, repairs, ageing or variation. The approved dossier, disclosed measurements, inclusions and images define the agreed condition. Colour can vary by screen and lighting.

6. Delivery and risk

Estimated dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. The customer must provide a lawful, complete delivery address and cooperate with customs. Risk and consumer delivery rights are governed by applicable mandatory law and the confirmed delivery terms.

7. Withdrawal, defects and returns

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Applicable withdrawal rights, return costs, exceptions and non-conformity remedies are described in the Client Protection Standard and final offer. Contact us before returning a high-value item so an insured, traceable route and condition record can be arranged.

8. Authenticity concerns

We do not knowingly trade counterfeit goods. A concern is handled under the Client Protection Standard. Commercial authentication statements do not limit statutory remedies.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or misuse private offer links. Maison Orivelle site content and dossier presentation remain protected; product trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability and force majeure

Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect business losses are excluded. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but payment and refund duties required by law remain.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Send complaints to hello@maisonorivelle.com. Parties should first attempt a documented resolution before using an available consumer authority or court.
