CLIENT PROTECTION STANDARD

Clarity before commitment.

How Maison Orivelle sources, documents, inspects and delivers private luxury requests.

01

Independent sourcing

Maison Orivelle is operated by Camaran Group OÜ and acts as the client-facing trader and sourcing concierge. Pieces may be identified through third-party professional resale marketplaces and suppliers in China, including ZZER where stated in the private dossier. Maison Orivelle is independent from those platforms unless an offer expressly says otherwise.

Marketplace descriptions, ratings and reference numbers are labelled as source-supplied information. They are not represented as Maison Orivelle's own physical findings.

02

Evidence-led inspection

Before a final payment request, the dossier aims to document the exterior, corners, glazing, handles, hardware, interior, identifiers, movement or functional elements where relevant, dimensions and included accessories. Inspection depth depends on product type and access granted by the source.

Any point not physically confirmed is marked pending or source-reported. Images form part of the approved condition record.

03

Authenticity commitment

Maison Orivelle does not knowingly offer counterfeit goods. Review may combine source documentation, construction, materials, markings, identifiers, hardware and specialist opinion. A third-party certificate is included only when expressly listed.

If a material authenticity concern arises before dispatch, the transaction is paused while the source is reviewed. If an item supplied by Camaran Group OÜ is later credibly alleged to be counterfeit, contact us immediately with the item and evidence. We will open a documented review and provide the remedies required by applicable law. No customer should destroy or return an item without written instructions.

04

Offer and secure payment

A preview is not a reservation or contract. The final offer identifies the piece, known condition, inclusions, service fee, delivery estimate, currency, validity period and payment route. A contract is formed when Camaran Group OÜ confirms payment and acceptance.

Only use links delivered through an agreed Maison Orivelle channel. We never request a mailbox password, authentication code or payment to an unrelated personal account. If uncertain, verify the offer through hello@maisonorivelle.com before paying.

05

Shipping, insurance and customs

Courier, route, insurance status and estimated delivery window are confirmed in the final offer. Timelines are estimates and may change because of inspection, export controls, customs or carrier events.

Unless the offer expressly states a delivered-duty-paid total, the recipient is responsible for destination import declaration, VAT, duties, brokerage and lawful import eligibility. Maison Orivelle will provide available commercial documents and tracking information.

06

Withdrawal, returns and non-conformity

Consumers retain all mandatory rights that apply to their purchase. Where EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw unless a statutory exception was clearly disclosed before purchase. For a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for secure return costs; Camaran Group OÜ bears legally required costs for confirmed non-conforming goods.

Disclosed pre-owned wear, measurements, repairs or missing accessories shown in the approved dossier are part of the agreed condition. Report damage, a wrong item, material discrepancy or authenticity concern promptly and preserve all packaging. Return authorization and an insured route must be agreed before dispatch.

07

Complaints and resolution

Email hello@maisonorivelle.com with your order reference, description and supporting images. We acknowledge complaints and investigate with the source, inspection record and carrier evidence. Nothing in this standard limits non-waivable consumer rights.
